TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking due to any reasons.
Check-In and check-Out time Will be as per hotels 12 PM & 2PM
Early check in & late checkout payments are directly settled by the gusting Hotels.
Rooms are subject to availability in Hotels. Base category rooms will be provided in every Package. Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation.
Guests demand higher category rooms, guests will pay the difference amount in the hotel directly.
Meals Plan must be followed as per the hotels Menu . We are Not Responsible for any kind of unavailable Meal.
Please carry your valid identity proof ( Aadhar Card ) during the Tour.
Transportation charges will be extra in case guest book their hotels far away from City (In case Guest have own booking in hotels)
Cancellation Policies
If cancelled 35 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total package cost will apply.
If cancelled 25 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will apply.
If cancelled 15 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total package cost will apply.
If cancelled 07 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package cost will apply.
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be paid by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
Day 1 - Arrival in Delhi
Arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station. Meet & greet by our representative and transfer to hotel.
Later proceed for Delhi sightseeing covering India Gate, President House (drive past), Parliament House (drive past), Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and Humayun’s Tomb.
Overnight stay in Delhi.
